If you live in the UK and have received outstanding care from your hospital, say thank you by nominating them for a donation or gift in kind from us.
A little gratitude means a lot so, if your THANK YOU is selected, the Bloccs team will give you a prize too.
Each month we select a nominated hospital to receive a £50 donation or gift in kind of the equivalent value. The individual who has nominated the hospital selected will also receive a £20 Amazon voucher, as a little thank you from the Bloccs team.
